ALL Production / Print Times are stated on each individual product. The Majority of these are 3 Working Days unless you have selected one of our 24 hour services.
Please refer to the product description to find out your print time then add the delivery time on top.
If you place your order BEFORE 2pm (Mon-Fri), that day will be classed as the 1st Working Day of the production / print time.
The First day of production / print time of orders that are placed AFTER 2pm will be the following working day.
All of our products are posted out either via Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 1st Class Registered or a Courier Service.
Royal Mail delivery times are as follows ( Extract from Royal Mail Website )
” Although we aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, we are unable to provide a guaranteed service.”
Royal Mail parcels are not tracked so no tracking will be provided.
Our Courier Service parcels are also a next day service and up to now we have a 99% success rate with them. Tracking numbers can be provided.
Delivery Charges are based on weight and generally follow this formulae:
Orders up to the value of up to £29.99 = Delivery cost £4.15
Orders between the value of £30 – £49.99 = Delivery cost £6.65
Orders over £50 = Delivery cost £8.32
‘UK Royal Mail non tracked’ – No tracking is available.
‘Tracked UK Delivery’ – A trackable delivery, tracking numbers can be provided.
‘Order Collection, Pick Up From Store’ – Collection in store, Hull, HU5 4JB.
White Label
All of our parcels are sent out white label so no trace of Pixel 2 Print Ltd can be found on the parcel. This enables resellers to order from us and deliver direct to their customer without their customer knowing it came from us.
This means no return lables are attached to packages either so please make sure you input the correct delivery address.
Collection In Store – Temporarily Not Available
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Covid-19 situation we are not allowing collections from our store. Delivery Service Only. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you live local to us in Hull you are welcome to collect your printed products from us once we let you know they are ready.
Please note we only have one store in Hull, East Yorkshire.
Please note that we DO NOT export.
Please note that for time sensitive prints we would advise you order them as soon as you can taking in to account our maximum print times and then delivery times as we can not guarantee prints to reach you at short notice.
Orders placed on a Weekend or during a Bank Holiday will go into production and have their print time’s start from the Next Working day (Mon-Fri).
